Bring your own coffee or your favorite beverage and join us on a Zoom Bible Study at noon on Sundays. To receive the link to these activities, please contact the church office.
Church Cleaning and Organizing Team
This group meets on Tuesday mornings to help to keep our church building organized and help with cleaning; we have many groups that use our building and there is always a lot of work to do. At the present time we are working on cleaning closets at Epiphany.
Save the Children
Help support Athena, Epiphany's new "foster child" in through Save the Children. Athena is eight years old and lives in Arkansas, in an area in which at least two-fifths of the children live in poverty. Unemployment is widespread. Athena participates in the school age literacy program sponsored by Save the Children, and her community is involved with the Community Mobilization program. This program provides tools and training to help members of the community address the problems they have identified. Due to the rising costs of everyday items, our monthly pledge has increased by $5.00 to $30.00 per month. Your contribution can be placed in the offering plate or made online, with appropriate notation for the treasurer. Our donations will be used to help make life better for Athena and her community.
ACTS Food Bank
Thanks for all you do to help the less fortunate in our community. Please remember that food insecurity is a constant struggle for many families in our community and donate as much as you are able this month. Your donation may be placed in the shopping cart in the narthex; it will be delivered to the ACTS food bank during the last week of the month. Prayer Chain--Staying in Touch
God tells us to "Pray without ceasing." When we--or those we care about--are hurting, it is natural to call out to God for help. More importantly, He promises to answer those prayers ("Call upon Me in the day of trouble: I will deliver you.") We are all invited to become part of the Epiphany Prayer Chain and/or send out a prayer request at Epiphanyprays@gmail.com
